These capabilities are all thanks to our remarkable leadership team who champion and drive our advocacy work, playing an integral role in the delivery of programme to affect social change. Our MD, Jonathan Sanderson, has been recognised for his ongoing work in the field, having received Excellence in Business and Recruitment Boss of the Year awards, as well as being a regular finalist on the awards circuit.

Moreover, we are a multi-award winning team and have been crowned The UK’s Leading IT Recruitment company for three years. What’s more, we hold the Investors in People Platinum Mark. This coveted award is the highest standard an organisation can receive for their commitment to their people and for outstanding leadership.
