Understanding you

Getting to know you is a critical part of our model. We work closely with you to grasp a real understanding of your motivations, goals, skills and needs. You can be assured that we only work with a small group of candidates at any time, which enables us to provide you with a personalised one-to-one service. Our focus is very much on coaching – to ensure you are matched with the appropriate career opportunities.

Pre placement

Thanks to our consultative approach, we know our clients inside out and utilise this expert knowledge to coach you through the application process. You will receive detailed briefs regarding each opportunity, coach you through interview scenarios and be available throughout to answer your queries and provide constructive and clear feedback to aid you in achieving your dream role.

Post placement

And this is where we really move away from the IT recruitment crowd. Once you are in role, we will check in regularly with both you and your firm to ensure the hire is going to plan. Offering a neutral sounding board, we can work together to iron out any creases, ensuring your induction and integration run smoothly.
